PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Physical education is an essential part of our school curriculum, focusing on the physical development of students' bodies. It plays a crucial role in fostering physical fitness, discipline, and confidence. However, students with disabilities may encounter challenges in participating in sports and games. Adapted physical education is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with disabilities, involving modifications in procedures, instructions, tasks, equipment, and environments for physical activities. This specialized approach aims to address barriers to participation and promote inclusivity. Additionally, physical activities not only enhance physical health but also contribute to social, emotional, and communication skills development in students with disabilities. Our physical education program is designed to support the holistic growth and well-being of all our students, including those with disabilities.
